Terms & Conditions
- Platform Accessibility – The application is a web-based solution designed to be fully responsive and accessible across Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, and Mobile devices (Android and iOS).
- Domain & Hosting – Since this is a web-based application, a domain name is required. The domain and related setup will be provided by GDIGITECH as part of the selected subscription plan, with pricing included accordingly.
- Complete Solution Policy – We provide only complete end-to-end solutions. Requests for partial modules, standalone components, or incomplete implementations will not be entertained.
- Product Demonstration – A full demonstration of the application, including all features and functionalities, will be provided before purchase to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
- Monthly Plan Payment Terms – For monthly subscription plans, 100% of the applicable amount must be paid in advance prior to activation of the services.
- Basic Monthly Plan Commitment – Customers opting for the Basic Monthly Plan are required to pay an advance for the first three (3) months. After this period, payments will continue on a monthly basis.
- Yearly Plan Payment Terms – For yearly subscription plans, an advance payment of 50% of the total annual cost is required to initiate the project or services. The remaining balance can be paid within six (6) months from the start date.
- Late Payment & Service Deactivation – In the event of non-payment or delayed payment beyond the due date, the application and related services may be deactivated after ten (10) days without further notice. Services will be restored once all outstanding dues are cleared.
